After My MSc in Physics, I joined Space Applications Centre (ISRO) Ahmedabad.  I worked there with our own Indian satellites and payload systems. I feel myself  proud to work on our two major Remote Sensing Satellites successfully orbiting us, IRS-P5 and IRS-P6. I even worked a little on future INSAT-3D and METSAT-II (Kalpana). The working atmosphere and indigenous technology is really fabullous. I bassically gained a substantial knowledge in Visible & Infrared Detector technology, Spectrometry & Radiometry and a bit Instrumentation & Automation.

After working for close to 2 years there, I joined Institute for Plasma Research [IPR], under Dept of Atomic Energy, located in the bank of River Sabarmati. My major areas of work here are RF technology, its interaction with edge plasma of TOKAMAK (Fusion Machines), Edge fluctuations and Intermittent particle transport. Currently, we are developing a Ultra High Vacuum compatible and High power (200kW) RF transmission window to be used in feed RF power to an Electromagnetic Wave luncher in Tokamak.
